My parents migrated here from a small town in Italy called Ripacandida at the age of 17. They found themselves in the city of Blue Island Illinois, where I was born. With only a couple hundred dollars in their pockets, my parents struggled but worked very hard to make a good life for me and my siblings. As a young boy I would go with my father to work where he taught me the value of a dollar, how to work hard and always treat people with respect.
In 1998 my parents gave me an amazing opportunity to move to Las Vegas and run a hotel, restaurant & bar. At only 25 years old I had to prove myself not only to my dad but to all the doubters. Just like any other business we had our ups and downs but we were able to get through the 2008 recession and managed to stay in business for over 18 years.
Sadly to say, I lost my father back in 2009 when he lost his battle to cancer. Then the day came when me and my partners decided to get out of the hotel business so we put the property up for sale. This wasn’t a popular decision but my plan was to branch out and open my own bar. It took me a little over 2 years but we are now back and I cannot wait to have that same great service, food and entertainment. I look forward to all our old friends coming back and all the new ones we’ll make. When you walk through our doors you’re not going to be a number you are going to be someone that we get to know and one day call friend.
